By creating an account and using zynkio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. User-generated content

zynkio is a platform that allows users to publish links to external websites and social profiles. We are not responsible for the content of any external links or websites that users choose to add to their profiles.

By using zynkio, you agree that you are solely responsible for the links and content you publish. You must not use zynkio to share links to:

• Illegal content of any kind
• Malware, phishing, or scam pages
• Content that violates the rights of others
• Hate speech, harassment, or abusive material
• Adult content without appropriate age-gating

3. Reporting abuse

If you come across a zynkio profile that links to harmful, illegal, or abusive content, please report it immediately on our Discord server. We review all reports and will remove violating content as quickly as possible.

4. Limitation of liability

zynkio is provided "as is" without any warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to damages caused by content posted by other users, downtime, data loss, or links to third-party websites.

zynkio is an independent project, not affiliated with any of the platforms users may link to (Instagram, TikTok, Discord, etc.).

5. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your own account at any time from the Settings page.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of zynkio after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
